I also noticed this issue as I finally decided to test if my PC can
handle 120hz mode - even though I selected 120hz mode in Meta Quest Link
app - all games ran at 90hz. I did do a support ticket about it so
hopefully it will be looked at.
Did a quick test changing the Encode bitrate from 500 to 300 when using
Encode Resolution width 4000 - but still got the white horizontal strip
at the bottom. Tested this with IL-2 Sturmovik and Automobilista 2.I'm
sticking with the following setting...
