Well... I tried requesting Support to replace my controllers with a
modified ones without magnets. They said they don't offer modified
controllers, which was disappointing but made sense.I decided to RMA my
controllers anyways, and both finally arriv...
Sooo I learned something.I was trying to figure out the trigger sensors
and how it reacts to my hand. I even tried "occluding" the sensor with
objects (like blankets, and even tape) but it seems to only react
whenever I touched it with my skin....the...
Woah, I get the same results when I touch the side of the controllers.
It curls when I press my finger on those spots. Nice find! I wonder if
the warmth of my hands eventually makes those spots super sensitive to
detecting a "touch"...
Having the same issue with my Quest Pro triggers. I've done reboots on
the controllers, use contact cleaner, but rarely they will "detect" my
finger on it even tho it's not on it. Mashing on the trigger sometimes
fixes it, but then goes back to being...
