Well, it's not really a case of IE stripping out the .exe extension,
it's more likely that it got confused with the .2_win in the filename
most likely assuming the first instance of the full-stop indicating the
beginning of the extension.
Can't really help you since you seem to have a bit of a unique
problem...but uhh... is your camera positioned below your monitor? It
should be at eye level otherwise... only thing I can think of that could
explain the extra foot you have above everyo...
