Im in the same boat, except i went ahead the quest 2. Cost me the quest 1 and library full of games

My problem is i dont speak tech. At all. Couldnt get quest 2 up and running without disabling original quest 1 facebook account. Now, cant get it back, leaving me with a locked q1 headset and lost library full of purchased games!
