What kind of sense is that? I just don't get it. Oculus has been doing
this for long enough to have a better support system than they do. And
why no phone number to speak with someone? WTH??? It's almost like
they're TRYING to be bad at this.

You're right, tech fails a LOT. Given that, you'd think Oculus would
have stepped up their support game by now. It has consistently been the
worst part of this company since day 1.
To be fair Techy111, I've had two broken rifts within 14 months. First
one the port inside the headset failed. My current Rift, the part that
