What kind of sense is that? I just don't get it. Oculus has been doing this for long enough to have a better support system than they do. And why no phone number to speak with someone? WTH??? It's almost like they're TRYING to be bad at this.

My headset has developed an issue. While practicing in iRacing the Rift lost it's audio. I go into the devices tab and it says no hdmi connection. I take the cable out of the headset and it is piping hot. I mean like it is so hot you can't touch it. ...
Serious discussion hopefully will follow. I am legitimately curious, why do they keep screwing up something that is relatively a straight forward process, from a business perspective?
