So, few days ago Meta Quest Link app on my PC updated to PTC v71 and now
it opens its window on every PC boot. There is no option to disable this

Yeah, removing rings was a dumb move. With IR LEDs on the top instead of
the rings, Quest looses them from sight way more often and AI is not
able to workaround that in games like Beat Saber. It works fine in
something like Half Life Alyx where fast ...
Yeah, I wish they just admitted they can't make new controllers accuracy
on par with Quest 2 (after so long since first reports it's obvious) and
just reimplemented Quest 2 controllers support so whoever needs better
accuracy can buy them and move on...
Yeah, I also noticed that, already reported in-app. But **bleep**, it
does not speak well about their processes - first such simple (yet
annoying) issue took so long to fix and they they break it days later
...
