I've been informed by support there are 2-4 weeks left before they can
ship my replacement. I've been trying to get this accomplished since
October. Meta botched this bad and now they win give me a refund
because, "the order is already in replacement...
Odd, I have one more chat option. I'm in the USA, logged in using my
meta account on the meta store support page. Had to select the quest 3
accessories first and choose the elite strap with battery.
For those still struggling, use the live chat. That's the only way to
get an immediate response and update. Email takes forever and sometimes
you just don't get a reply and they close your ticket. It's absolutely
abysmal support.
