It did not. I have tried it several times. I uninstall the previous
version completely, deleted everything related to it in the library and
the install the updated version. Unfortunately, it didn’t work.
Update : I just updated the desktop app to the latest version and the
issue occurred again. Reverting back to older version of the desktop
app, I was able to login and the app displayed my headset. This strongly
suggest the issue is from the update.
I also have the same problem with macbook pro 13inch 2012 model running
macOS Monterey 12.6. Nathan was kind enough to send me older version
(1.6....) which installed well and connected to my headset. But workroom
will not connect to my computer unle...
