hey there - updated to v59 and it looks like the Store images and the
Horizon Feed images are not loading. i do get the layout and the titles
but no images and no video images (i think the sound is playing though).
i might have thought this was a ban...
okay - quick update. the issue appears to have been solved, but i do not
know exactly what solved it. it does appear that the Quest 3 auto
updated to V60, but i had also reset the router to default settings
since that was the only way i could log in ...
hey there - i may have discovered the problem, but it might not be the
actual solution. it seems that users have had numerous issues running
Virtual Desktop under Quest 3, and the issue there is with Q3's
inability to work with anything EXCEPT Wifi 6...
well the main support guy at Sonic at the lowest level was completely
unhelpful and way out of his depth. i checked out the forums but there's
no mention of Quest anywhere there and it doesn't look like they get a
lot of traffic or posts there. i did...

sorry to hear that. late last night/early this morning i set the
primary/secondary DNS to the recommended Google/Level-3 IP adresses on
the router. made no difference. images are still not loading.
