Yip, I'm in the same boat with the same response from Oculus support. On
their website, it says they will discuss servicing your headset even if
it isn't within warranty but there is no mention of this when speaking
to support staff. I paid good mone...
Hey DogeZaemon. You said you powered your headset on with the volume +
and - buttons, is this correct? This does not power the headset on for
me. Did you perhaps mean the power and volume - buttons?
