Since Oculus can price Touch controllers as high as they want, knowing
that without it people with the Rift cannot have the "full VR
experience" and they will probably buy it anyway. If it's more than $200
I won't buy it for sure. What about you?

It depends where you are. Europe got a wave of Rifts up to three weeks
earlier then expected, but Asia is behind schedule, I have a colleague
with window 4/16 - 4/26 and he didn't receive anything even if we are in
May now.
They won't because they don't care/need to. The same people who screamed
at them will be crawling back for more when the Touch launches, and the
CV2, and so on.
