I am having the EXACT SAME ISSUE since yesterday. Coincidentally I have
been 'playing' Supernatual on Quest as well. As usual I plugged it in at
night but when I picked it up next day, the battery was not charged.

Did this issue resolve? I am stuck in same spot. Tried reset, no luck.
The initial "Update Complete" screen but it all moved with headset and
controller's aren't connecting to do anything.
