My headset broke under warranty and they told me to send it in and they
would replace it. that was 2 months ago and after 40-50 emails I posted
on the forums about it. They said that we should take it offline and
send them a dm and they would help me...
I finally got my replacement after 3 month and close to 50 emails each
time from a different employee saying the same thing but one of the
controllers didn’t work…. Now I’m back in the process and each time the
email is from someone else at the compa...
My under warranty headset bricked. They told me to send it back and sent
me a shipping label. Then they just took it and started ignoring me and
it's been two months and they will not give me any information. This has
got to be illegal.
Now I’m speaking to them on the private message and they are being just
as unhelpful and disorganized. It’s unreal how bad this customer service
is. It’s why they don’t have a phone number.
Now I got a private message first asking for my user name and email. I
sent it. Then they asked for my rma. Number. I sent it. Now they are
asking for a ticket number. All these requests are made my different
people on different emails.
