Oculus 2 went to update then booted back up and showed me the meta logo endlessly

I let the quest 2 sit for a full day nothing. Powered it down with a hard reboot, nothing. Rebooted it into the android bios and can see now suddenly it is in a locked state under device info. The update just bricked my headset?

I also contacted support about this Saturday and haven't heard anything back from them yet.

it keeps showing up as "No command" with the little android green guy on his back and an exclamation point floating out if his torso.
