It's a problem starting with version 76. Using a slower USB 3 port i.e.
USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gb/s) or slower fixed it for

No issues until the headset updated to v76 that's right. And the PC app
was still on v74 when the Link performance problem started for me (it's
v76 now too). It had worked fine in the 20Gbps port for well over a year
before this.
I wonder what % of users had the problem? I think very few would get so
far as to find these forum posts, they get buried quick. I'd got the
connection issues with the 10 Gbps port only after I tested the 20 Gbps
port again to submit the bug report f...
