In version 42 the wording on the Allow access to data pop-up has changed
too - now you can 'Deny', 'Allow', or 'Deny, and don't show again'. I

Clicking Oculus Link in quick settings works for me too. I still have
the pop-up to Allow access to data but I don't get the other pop-up to
