This (as many other thigs) is broken since years. You will probably find
tons of other reports on this. Only help is to push Oculus deep into
some Zuckhole and buy a better headset like the Valve Index, where they
at least try to fix some bugs.
I know what shared memory is. First developer rule: dont assume! Your
question makes little sense because you put your assumption in the
question. Why don't you just ask how to access performance statistics?
