This was an issue two years ago and has reared it's ugly head again. I
use a PC app that does not require the use of controllers Virtual
Pinball. I just upgraded to Windows 11 with an RTX 4090 i9-14900kf

Well that didn't last long, controllers and software took an update and
the annoying popups are back. I notice in the standalone headset there
are now around 150 notification settings but even with them "ALL" off
these controller notifications stil...
Dude!! or Dudette Thanks, I had Do Not Disturb set on the PC side/App
but I disconnected Link and there was the setting for standalone also,
setting that to DND also may have fixed my issue....so far so good after
a couple of games but we will see ...

The fix for me was to place the controllers on the charger, now a new
pop up started a few days ago saying "Your Controllers Are Charging
Please Pick Them Up To Use Them" lol, who's bright idea was this? At
least this pop up goes away.
