Everything is alright yesterday.Today I found that the unknown source in
Quest is disappear and I cannot connect my Quest via ADB.Also the
developer mode setting is not found in Oculus App.What happened?
Have you checked your account is verified?You need to add phone number
or credit card to verify.You can check this on
https://developer.oculus.com/manage/verify/
I tried the updated version. The result is same as you. Then I tried to
add back a CC, and the developer option can use now. So... I think the
app update haven't solve the problem...

I found: 1. Add payment method make the developer mode option show on
Oculus App again.And disappear when removed it. 2. Without payment
method, you can still enable the develope...
