Any way to turn off the casting indicator red dot?

Is there any way we can turn off the red dot that displays in the upper right of the viewport when we are casting?

Fully agree! Please consider accessibility features/customizing for Quest. The portability of Quest makes is great for someone bedridden - but we definitely need more customizing for folks who can't fully sit upright!
