I am not sure if it is just me but why does it take like a minute to load images in the store on the IPhone Oculus app. Both in wi-fi and cellular. I am using an iPhone XS Max

I am trying to load into the companion app and the app load up briefly but after a few second goes to a black screen that say Oculus from Facebook and just stays at that screen. How can I fix this?

Do I need to do something to get my pre-order to download? Store page just says pre-ordered but no option to download and it is not in my library? I would have though pre-orders would have priority over just buying in store or at least preloaded. Les...
