Having just got my Rift I find it has an ever-so-slight leftward tilt
which cannot be fixed by repeating the setup process. I'm guessing the
gyros need a recal. I read about this before, heard a fix was incoming

Yep. it works! I have managed to scrape together the functionality
I lost when the runtime updated from 0.6 to 0.7, introducing the new
Direct Driver mode that broke compatibility with most laptops.I have my
Rift DK2 connected to a GPU on a PCI...
Thoughts? This doesn't come from Oculus, it comes from AMD

to use SLI though. It will either c...
Another way to think of it is to pose another question: would you unplug
your monitor or your mouse every time you were done with it?Probably
not! I leave my Rift plugged in. It turns off if you close Oculus Home
or the computer is shut down.
Haha! I actually *DID* try that!! I used a spirit level to get it just
so then ran the recalibration tool that Oculus support sent over.It took
a few attempts to get it right, but now it feels much better.
