I'm working on porting my Google VR app to the Oculus platform.
Currently running Unity 5.6.0f3. I've been successful in getting the app
running in the Gear VR HMD with an S6, but have not gotten any headset
inputs (dpad or dedicated buttons) to work...
Issue resolved. It wasn't an issue with Utilities or AndroidManifest at
all (although I will still need to figure out where the Utilities tools
menu is so I can generate a store-compliant manifest later). The input
