note this may not be the same issue others are experiencing, but if
unplugging and replugging the dongle temporarily fixes it for you then
this might be the cause
One issue with windows 10 and the USB dongle I encountered at the start
was the usb power management feature not initialising the hardware
correctly - and keeping it in power save mode.If you can work out which
controller your device is plugged into,...
update: just had payment confirmation. So for me it had taken around 3
1/2 weeks to be re-attempted.Good luck @OP, i hope you don't have to
