That sounds likely an known issue which described on the release note of
Oculus Unity Integration: Note: You may encounter issues when running
ARM7 build on Oculus Go or Oculus Quest, if you are using Unity's XR
Management system with the latest OVRP...
It's a Unity regression since 2019.2.14, which only impacts Oculus Go.
The stereoscopic rendering works correct on Oculus Quest. Please use
2019.2.13 if you are developing on Go. We are working with Unity for the
fix.
