Try un-sync the android oculus app from the headset. Then just re-sync and it should sort it.

I rebooted several times and it's working fine now. I'm happy with the update and Dev mode stays on after reboot.

I see screen tearing and artifacts around the edges of the screen when playing fast paced games. Wasn't like this before the update.
