Do any of the meta execs ( or there EA’s) respond to emails like some
other major corp leaders do? I’m sure they’d like to know how poor the
communication from their support team is.
It’s not going to be fixed anytime soon so return it. V60 just came out
and it’s still broken. Meta and the community support team here don’t
even have the basic decency to let us know they are looking at it still.
There is a seperate thread for people to list working devices for that
purpose. This thread is for Meta to collect data about devices that are
not working.
Then why are you even posting? Go and enjoy your device?The VD devs have
stated that all vendors are 'affected' in some way or another, meta have
even confirmed that there is an issue across a wide range of vendors.
