I'm sure you're all aware of the image quality that can be had from ray
tracing. While pulling it off with impressive results in real-time is
becoming more of a reality, it's still some ways away, and even then
it's not quite on par with the quality ...
Lets say games start utilizing the 50GB capacity of Blu-ray discs. Is
that really something you would want to download, or keep ripped to the
(non-upgradable) hard drive?
I would like to play some of the 2.5D games such as DooM and several
Build engine games - blasting away cardboard cut-outs could be fun. I'd
love to play MDK too, using head tracking to aim in sniper mode like it
was meant to be Skipping ahead quit...
