Hi, I have tried navigating to the Platform tab for my Gear VR
application following the steps indicated in the latest Platform SDK

Use ffmpeg to create an h.265 video. Feel free to go higher than
4096x4096 if you want, but yes we will knock the resolution down some.
Top bottom stereo can be selected from a drop down when you upload. Look
forward to seeing hour Gear Indie content...
