just bought brand new and sound is terrible on everything i play through
the gear vr and its not the bluetooth headphones, its sound coming out
of the samsung s8 brand new phone.
easy fix.....return ur vr for money back. i bought the minecraft vr app
not knowing u need their controller, what a waste and no way to get a
refund so easy fix is to return entire unit.
i havent found anything except returning to get my money back. there is
no support, no phone number, forum is not helpful at all and seems to be
a major problem. i returned mine today.
