I will look further. Would raw accelerometer etc. data help in your
opinion? Also, I am wondering if your Oculus sensors exist within the
motion of the system, or whether they are static and separate - I would
recommend the latter.
Splendid - capital notion, old chap!! We are always looking for new
innovations to advance the VR industry forward. While the Touch
Controllers are not intended to be used on one's feet, alternative uses
for our technologies are always under consider...
My opinion is that almost anything that requires a physical effort by
the user, that results in reasonable virtual movement in response to
that - is a good thing!! It does appear that the brain is happier when
real physical input is involved. Clearly...
