Try holding the controller up to your face and don't move it for a
while, see if it still tracks, playing onward tonight, and I found

useless, if controller still next to HMD for more than a few seconds it
freezes or the forehand seems to drift. ...
My tracking in shooters may have only moderately improved. whilst
playing Onward, assault weapons were better, due to weapon sighting
positioning, but sniper rifles still have a problem if the controller
nearest the HMD hasn't moved for a few seconds...
I have a problem especially with sniper rifles, where the controller
nearest the HMD freezes until you move your head or controller, which is
no good when you're lining up a shot, I suspect that this is due to the
controller being too close to the HM...
