Why does ups say that the receiver is residential instead of my name?

Hi, i found a used hydra for reasonable price and will pick it up later
today. So what stuff is there for it? HL2 VR mod looks epic but if you
guys know more content then do share.
I'm a complete noob when it comes to camera technologies, but i'm
interested in shooting panoramic video for viewing on the Rift. So what
are the requirements for the lens and would any of these do the job?

While it would be nice to see features for people with ear and eye
problems is it really something we can expect. Spending huge amounts of
money and time for features for minorities is not the best thing for
