My packaged Unreal build for the Quest 3 will not start and stays at the

What the title indicates. I have stat RHI up to confirm and the moment I
enable AppSW, the polycount in the scene doubles. I haven't the foggiest
idea why this would happen. Is this a glitch with RHI, or is something
else happening here? Your insight...
I was hoping to try out the UE5 fork that has features not available in
the XR plugin (like appSW), but the github is completely empty. is it
coming back, and/or is there an alternative place to download it? Thanks
for your help.
