Hello everyone I'm experiencing these awful audio crackling when using
oculus link (with a cable)they're kind of easy to miss on the quest
speakers but its there if you listen carefully , they are really
noticeable when there are any earphones plugge...
did anyone tried doing a factory reset to the headset to see if it fixes
this problem?im thinking about trying it but dont expect much tbhEDIT :
sadly it didnt work. i just factory reset the device and first thing
tried to charge it through the compu...
the cable is fine. i wrote i tested it with the wall charger and it is
charging with no problem!and my pc is also fine because i tested 2
phones with the link cable while connected to my pc and it is
charging..this is a problem on your end im afraid
i also have this issue....cable not faulty.. it chages when plugged to
the q2 wall chargermobo or pc not faulty too cause my phone charge at
900ma when connected with the same cable on the same usb c port...this
is an outrage how they can sell us a 8...
