So, I pre-ordered my meta quest 3 on the 2nd of October (Poland) along
with the wrist straps for the new controllers.I thought by pre-ordering
earlier I would be able to get the device on release date. I was wrong.

Can anyone help me? I've already sent a ticket with logs to a support.
But from reading the logs myself, I can tell something is wrong with the
encoding process.I also get errors like [xrstreaming] Failed to
construct channel for winusb,2833,ff,89. [...
Got a message that order has been cancelled too. And the money will be
refunded. Good thing i re-ordered it through another retailer lol. Just
hope it doesn't have any issues when I do finally get it.
Yeah well, their order page clearly states:What a scam. Won't be charged
until order is ready to ship. So they just don't ship the order and we
can't refund!Genius!
support seems to be delaying until they find the shipment.Seems crazy to
me i cannot refund a product which i never received. I have already
moved on and I think most in this situation have also moved on. Why
can't we refund?
I feel stupid for not buying via Paypal. It's a bit harder to do the
chargeback on my card but still possible. Wondering if i should go
through the chargeback now or wait for meta to cancel it. Doesn't seem
like they will cancel it, so i probably nee...

product they never delivered.And they claim they must deliver it first
and i must initiate a return process. absolutely ridiculous support
service. Never buying a meta product eve...
