I can't add test users/accounts to Quest 3
I created test users from dashboard but when i try to add them from profile page, quest sends a link to mail. obviously i don't have any access on mail. I tried: 1-Creating fb account (sends confirmation mail) 2-Tried to add from mobile app and pc quest app. (Only instagram and facebook are available) I actually can log in from mobile or pc. so what do we do to use test users? factory reset to quest and log in? Thats frustrating. Do you have any suggestions?
New quest build won't get past the Malware Review Test
So I uploaded a new build to my game but it's getting stuck on the Malware Review Test. Since it's stuck on the test It's not being published so my users can't access the new update. It has been stuck on the test for about an hour and I don't know what to do. I already tried uploading another build but it just also gets stuck. Any ideas on why this happening and how to fix it? Thanks
Unable to create new Add-Ons on the Meta Quest Developer Dashboard
For several days now we've been unable to create new Add-ons. We've filled out the details, pricing and metadata, but the publish button never becomes clickable. We've successfully added new add-ons as recently as Nov 25th, but now it has stopped working. Anyone else?
