Lost google authenticator key
this is my another account. I accident delete my google authenticator keys which use for 2fa. and i didnt back up the key yet. now i stuck on 2fa verify when login my account. without meta horizon login i cant do anything with quest2. is there chance to find back key? or re-bind my cell phone? quest account name is majo_Inaba. facebook account is another one but they use same cell phone google authenticator.

Not receiving 2FA codes on Sms
I'm experiencing a persistent issue trying to access my Meta account—the one I use with my headset. Every time I attempt to log in, I'm prompted for a 2-factor authentication (2FA) code (OTP), but I never receive the code on my phone, I don't have the recovery codes as well. I've exhausted all troubleshooting: attempting login from different devices, browsers, and networks. To rule out problems with my number, I tested receiving OTPs from other, non-Meta services, and those arrive instantly—so the issue is clearly on Meta's side. I even tried accessing my account via the account center with Facebook and Instagram, but still hit the same 2FA roadblock. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of support: live chat appears to be gone, and posting here requires being logged in. How are users locked out supposed to get help? I had to make a brand new Meta account just to raise this issue. There needs to be an open channel for locked-out users who can’t get through 2FA. Please advise on next steps for recovering access.

How to login to 2fa enabled facebook account when mobile lost
I have enabled 2fa on my facebook account. Now my mobile got formatted due to some issue and lost authenticator app. Now when I am trying to login it's asking 6 digit code. How can I login now. I am not able to see "I lost my mobile" option when trying to login with other recovery method. All other recovery options are finally asking 6 digit code.

Can't verify Oculus Developer Account via 2FA Phone number
Hello, I am incredibly frustrated. For the past two days, I have been unable to verify my phone number with 2FA in order to gain access to "create an organization" so I can enable dev mode on my Quest 2. My phone number has been entered correctly, the problem is with Meta not sending me a text message with the 6 digit code needed to verify. I have scoured the internet and seen other posts with the same problem, yet no solution or acknowledgment. Due to this inability to verify, I cannot develop content for the platform, and will be left with no choice but to abandon Meta and purchase a competitor headset. I reached out to the general quest support (As there is no "Contact us" on the developer support webpage), and after a lengthy session they simply redirected me back here. Please help, as I would like to support the Quest 2 and develop on this platform.
