Meta RayBan Speaker not working!
I just got these brand new gen 2 meta glasses. I opened them today and only the right speaker plays audio. The left speaker is dead. I tried force restarting and unpairing but still nothing. Is there any way to fix this? I dont want to have to return this because Im supposed to take this to a trip in a few days.Meta Display Glasses Always Gives the Same Answer No Matter Question.
Hello Everyone, I have 2 pair of the Meta Display Glasses. One pair black and one brown pair. When I add the black pair to my phone and use them the Meta AI pretty much always answers the questions I ask. However, when I add the brown pair to my phone I get the same answer of "I can't help with that yet but im learning more everyday" message for everything no matter what I ask. I'm using the same phone with the same Meta AI app but the experience is completely different on each of the glasses. The black pair I get answers for weather, temperature, navigation pretty much everything I ask. But when I set up the brown pair of glasses to the same phone and ask the exact same questions I get the generic message of "I can't help with that yet but im learning more everyday" as the answer for all questions. I have checked the app permissions and have given permission for everything it's asking for. The app is completely unrestricted. Does anyone have any idea what's going on with this brown pair of Meta Display Glasses? I am completely out of ideas on why this is happening and any help is greatly appreciated.Will Meta AI features persist after returning to an unsupported country?
Hi everyone! I’m traveling to Italy soon and plan to create a new Meta account there to pair my Ray-Ban (Gen 1) and unlock the AI features. Will these features stay active once I return to my home country (which is unsupported)? If not, is there a known workaround to keep them?
RayBan Meta Gen 2 - Hyperlapse & slow-mo issue
I’m experiencing a problem with both slow-motion and hyperlapse modes on my Meta smart glasses: When I say "Hey meta, start slow-mo" the glasses start recording, but the saved video plays back at standard speed, not slow motion. When I use hyperlapse, the final video is made up of stacked photos (which seems correct), but the playback is extremely choppy, like there’s no smoothing or post-processing applied. What I’ve already tried: Factory reset the glasses multiple times Reinstalled the Meta AI app several times Changed region/location and tested with a USA VPN (I’m based in Malta, EU) Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix? Any help would be appreciated.
Failed messaging function of Instagram
I have a Rayban meta GEN2. When I tried to use Meta AI app to connect to Instagram, it only supports photo and video sharing option without the message option. I have another gen1 paired with iPhone which was totally normal. I tried to use Meta AI with my glasses to send a message on Instagram. But it always saying “ that app isn’t supported”
AI Safety Glasses
I manage a team a field service technicians who constantly use their phone for the camera to take before and after photos of projects. If they had AI safety glasses they could say hey meta take a photo without the need to stop working and get their phone out to get a picture. I would love to see safety glasses incorporate AI technology to maximize work efficiency. I hope this helps and I hope a solution can be implemented.

Yes. They are charged to 100. In the app before “forget device” from Bluetooth list as I wanted to reconnect them. Charging case plugged and unplugged type c cables 3-5 times quickly to reset. Glasses. The common turn it of hold the shutter and turn on trick that works every other time does not. Matter of fact no leds flash. Only time now that it flashes ANY color is a white light while it’s inside the glasses and only while holding the shutter button. Blinking white light. Glasses inside the case. Lid open. Holding shutter button. I’ve watched many videos. Nothing has worked. I stopped using them 3 days ago. Yesterday I pulled them back out. Didn’t work. Thought maybe they didn’t charge. Nope. Not the issue. No lights on glasses. When I dock back into glass case for charge steady orange light comes on. Then disappears after 10 seconds or so. No other light comes on. please help.Glasses stopped turning on after a few uses
I bought the Oakley glasses to be able to capture snippets of my trip overseas. After 2-3 uses, they stopped powering on altogether. I put them in the charging case and the green indicator says they are fully charged; however, they don’t turn on at all. I have attempted all of the troubleshooting methods outlined and still nothing. This is beyond disappointing. I will be taking the back when we return to the States for a full refund.
