Meta Quest Link Update: Link Launch Issue Resolved
Hi everyone, We recently identified an issue with Meta Quest Link unable to launch which caused users to be stuck in the app launch loading screen. We’ve now released an update that should resolve this problem. What’s changed: The main issue is fixed, and you should be able to use Meta Quest Link as expected. Please note: For now, you won’t be able to see your hands in Dash. However, raycasts are visible, and you should be able to interact with games and other content as usual. Meta Link app not downloading after update
Do to the issues these past few days in the beginning turning on and off the internet worked for me, but as of yesterdays update I had more problems. I decided to click fix connection or repair I forget but then the whole app deleted itself because there was a failure during upload and now I'm in this infinite loop of the app never downloading because there is a problem. no matter how many times I restart my computer like it tells me too.
air link doesnt work
the air link used to work but suddley it stopped so i disconnected the headset from the pc in hopes to re-link them but now when i open airlink it cant find my pc or any pc for that matter. they are on the same wifi and i tried restarting both the pc and the headset but it doesnt workConfirm pairing code not showing up on PC side Meta Quest Link
Whenever I go to air link my 3s to my computer it tells me I need to pair my headset (which I had already done) to my computer, but the only thing is nothing pops up on the Meta Quest Link app on my computer besides the blue bar asking me if I want to set my headset up. (as can be seen in the picture) And when I click "set up" it takes me to a screen telling me to choose which connection method I want to go with, I choose air link, and it gives me the steps on how to enable air link nothing more than that.RTX 5060 Ti Stuck on loading screen Fix with Quest 2
So, I've had this problem when I got my new desktop. Which had the requirements to use the Meta Quest Link with the RTX 50 series. About 6 months of banging my head against the wall to figure out what was wrong (Meta Quest Support was less than helpful), I have finally found a solution to the infinite loading screen for 5060 Ti graphic cards. Open the Oculus Debug Tool (C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics\OculusDebugTool.exe). Or (C:\Program Files\Meta Horizon\Support\oculus-diagnostics\OculusDebugTool.exe). 2. Locate Asynchronous Spacewarp. 3. Change it from "Auto" to Disabled. 4. Go to the top menu: Service > Restart Oculus Service. After these steps you should be able to boot into the Horizon Link home screen (White Grid). The best explanation Gemini gave me as to why this was a problem; "the Meta software likely had a "handshake" bug where it tried to engage ASW unnecessarily during the initial loading phase. Because the 50-series architecture (Blackwell) handles frame generation differently than previous generations, the Quest 2 gets "confused" by the synthesized frames and hangs on those infinite dots." I hope this post gets the attention it needs. Because even with log files, tech support didn't know what caused problem.
infinite loading issue.
This may be awkward since I'm using a translator. I'm a Korean VR safety education content creator using Quest 3. I purchased a PC to install and run this content. After installing the meta program and connecting it, I'm stuck in an infinite loading screen. The screen isn't freezing or crashing. PC info i5-13400F 16GB RAM RTX 5060 8GB 니다. (1971052)
