Title really says it all. My oculus is stuck on the paring your quest screen. My phone says it’s connected but the app is stuck. Hi, is it possible to pair quest 2 with only left controller? last time I use this device is years ago, but I can't pair using meta horizon (the name was meta quest app if I not mistaken), then I sideload the latest firmware, tried to pair again, it has no problem until pairing the right controller step, I realize the right controller can't turned on with new battery (broken). Hello everyone, I'm experiencing a critical issue with my new Meta Quest 3S and the Meta Horizon mobile app, and I'm unable to pair my headset. Whenever I try to initiate the pairing process from the app, it displays the following error message: TypeError: Cannot read property 'type' of undefined I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists: Restarting the Meta Horizon app. Restarting my smartphone (Android). Clearing app cache and data for Meta Horizon app. Reinstalling the Meta Horizon app. Restarting the Meta Quest 3S headset. Trying the pairing process on another smartphone (same error occurred). Hi, i recently got a pair of quest 1s and i have been trying to connect them to my phone so i can get them set up on my pc. I followed what the app and headset said to do. But whenever i reached the safety explaination page I get stuck there. There is this 1 minute long video and it just keeps looping, and i can't click anything. I can either mute the volume, skip the video, return to the previous step, or just back out completely from the setup and have to start over again. I just got the Meta Quest Pro controllers for my Quest 3 and the firmware update has been stuck at 0% for about 30 minutes. I have tried restarting my headset, clearing up storage space, restarting the controllers, and unpairing and attempting the update through the Meta Quest mobile app. This issue happens on both v79 and v81. I reset my Oculus quest 2 because it had file problems, once I reset it I can't reconnect it. On meta horizon, it tells me that my headset is still paired.
