Impossible to Pair Quest 2
I factory reset my Quest 2 to fix an issue with the game and it was reset and the device was removed from my account (according to my device list on the website). On my phone however it still said that I have a Quest linked to my account with the same serial number. It never connects and it I can't pair my Quest 2 again. I tried pairing to another account too and it didn't work. Can't even contact support since it requires a device to be registered to my account but it isn't anymore. Anyone have this issue and found a fix? I tried reinstalling the app several times, logging in and out, and another factory reset.Solved90Views0likes8CommentsiPhone Meta App Shows Old Headset After Factory Reset Cant RePair Device Bricked
iPhone Meta app shows old headset after factory reset and I cannot re-pair it. I am stuck in a pairing loop and need help. I factory reset my Oculus or Meta Quest headset. On the Meta website and on PC, my account correctly shows no devices. However, in the Meta Quest iPhone app, my old headset still appears and cannot be removed. Because of this, the iPhone app believes the headset already exists and will not allow pairing. I cannot remove the device, and I cannot re-pair the freshly factory-reset headset, leaving the headset unusable. I have factory reset the headset multiple times, removed the device from the Meta website, deleted and reinstalled the Meta Quest app on my iPhone, restarted the iPhone, and logged out and back into my Meta account. After reinstalling, the ghost headset still shows up only in the iPhone app even though it does not exist on my account online. This appears to be an iOS app cache or sync issue where the app is holding onto a device that no longer exists in Meta’s backend. Has anyone found a way to fully clear a ghost headset from the iOS Meta Quest app or force the app to recognize the headset as a new device after a factory reset?57Views1like1Commentサポートから交換品(メタクエスト3)が届いたが初期設定のコントローラーのペアリングに失敗する
97Views0likes3CommentsCant install Meta Horizon App

got the headset mailed straight from meta. I did the initial set up as instructed and when i restarted it: the background reset to the new home environment. factory resetting it does nothing but reset the background back to the psuedo-foggy dance studio. the main issue seems to be that the latest headset update is invisible to the phone app. any ideas?52Views0likes2CommentsCan’t get past the pairing screen after factory reset on meta quest 2
I’ve reset both the meta quest 2 and my phone. Both are up to date on software. Removed app reinstalled it. Factory reset the quest 2 and still not able to use my VR. It’s stuck on the pairing setup screen. I also get this weird error on the app under headset setting.111Views0likes2CommentsMeta horizon app keeps freezing on same error message when I log in
Every time I open the meta horizon app and log into me account, I see the same message. “RelayNetwork: No data returned for operation ‘OCProfileNavigationButtonQuery ‘, got error(s): (No errors) see the error ‘source’ property for more information.” This is incredibly frustrating as I cannot pair the app to my quest 2 which I recently had to factory reset due to issues with downloading and internet connection.1.7KViews0likes4CommentsQuest 2 cannot pair after factory reset – error 1675012
Hello, I’m having an issue with my Meta Quest 2 after a factory reset and I’m looking for possible solutions. Details: The headset powers on normally but cannot complete pairing with the Meta Horizon mobile app. The app shows the headset as already paired, even though it is not. Attempting to remove other profiles shows error code 1675012. I tried pairing on both an iPhone and a separate Android phone, but the problem persists. Multiple factory resets, app reinstalls, and different networks did not resolve the issue. Checking devices on meta.com shows no devices associated with my account. Has anyone experienced this and found a way to resolve it? Any guidance on how to clear the pairing issue would be appreciated. Thank you.173Views1like13Comments
