Quest 2 cannot pair after factory reset – error 1675012
Hello, I’m having an issue with my Meta Quest 2 after a factory reset and I’m looking for possible solutions. Details: The headset powers on normally but cannot complete pairing with the Meta Horizon mobile app. The app shows the headset as already paired, even though it is not. Attempting to remove other profiles shows error code 1675012. I tried pairing on both an iPhone and a separate Android phone, but the problem persists. Multiple factory resets, app reinstalls, and different networks did not resolve the issue. Checking devices on meta.com shows no devices associated with my account. Has anyone experienced this and found a way to resolve it? Any guidance on how to clear the pairing issue would be appreciated. Thank you.115Views1like13CommentsMeta Horizon app graphQL error 1675012

I’ve reset both the meta quest 2 and my phone. Both are up to date on software. Removed app reinstalled it. Factory reset the quest 2 and still not able to use my VR. It’s stuck on the pairing setup screen. I also get this weird error on the app under headset setting.15Views0likes1CommentCant install Meta Horizon App

Hello there, I`ve bought Oculus Quest 2 and wanted to pair it with Horizon Link I`ve downloaded mobile app then opened it and started pairing process, so I also have turned on my Oculus Quest 2 then typed 5-symbol code to app and it was paired successfully, I can see it in my devices but there is a problem - Mobile App said that I need to continue configuring my Oculus Quest 2 actualy on my device, but then I weared it on there was nothing changed, It steel shows link code and nothing happens. Then I also tried to reset it with recovery mode -> went to boot menu and selected factory reset, when it booted it steel shows this link code and steel nothing happens. Did someone had same issue, how did you solved it ?20Views0likes0CommentsMy headset is being super weird with connecting to WiFi I’m not sure if it’s broken or not
I have looked through forums and every single thread on here including the solutions other users have tried. My headset was not connected to the WiFi giving a “connected to device cannot provide internet” message. When the day before it was just fine and working. Here are the following steps I have tried including the advice and steps you have been giving everyone. I have; I have forgotten the network device I have soft restart my headset I have hard restart my headset i have done a factory reset via both the mobile app and headset I have switch band lengths via the router I have restart my router I have reboot my headset I have tried connecting through the WiFi through the mobile app as well only to get a error message I have force updated my headset on the website with the correct steps that are required I was right next to my router trying these steps i tried changing the gateway code (via another users solution on a thread I saw) The problem with other solutions I find on Reddit threads is that their headset is setup. Since I did factory reset my headset and my headset isn’t connecting to the WiFi no matter what I do I am also stuck on the WiFi screen to continue setting up my headset. I do not have a hotspot for my phone plan so I can not do such either. All of my other devices seem to work but my headset specifically. I do notice when I turn my headset on or try soft reseting it, a small unfamiliar beep is heard. This is extremely frustrating but I am willing to be patient if it can fix my headset. When I try to pair my quest 2 with the meta horizon app, I'm unable to scroll down and choose quest 2 on the device pairing page. I recently factory reseted the headset. Aditionally my phone is using the same network at the headset and has Bluetooth mode on. I've un-installed and re-installed the app 3 times and I've been trying for about an hour to pair my headset to the app.28Views0likes3Commentsrare registration loop
My Meta Quest is stuck in a device registration loop after a factory reset. The Meta Quest app shows a device with a new device ID, but the Meta website shows no device at all. Because of this, I cannot link my account and I keep getting the following error: Error 1675012 Operation: OCDeviceProfilesManagerSurfaceQuery Message: Device ID must be specified explicitly I need my device IDs manually cleared and re-registered. This cannot be resolved on my side.85Views0likes1Comment
