Can't access Analytics for App Lab app
In the developper dashboard, Analytics pages are definitly empty for weeks... Except of "Marketing Attribution" and "User Engagement" that gives an approximation of the sales with "Conversion". We have more than the first step of 100 sales for sure. Is this normal? There is always : "Disable Ads block Oculus Analytics might not work when your web browser is using an ad blocker. Turn off ad blocker and refresh your browser to view your analytics data." But I try with a lot of browsers and always this error...
Confusing about the transition from App Lab to Meta Horizon Store
Hello! We are worried that all our apps that are currently on App Lab under the "Beta" or "Release" channel will be automatically made public on the horizon store after August 5. Can someone tell us if this is true or not? Thanks in advance!
Dev Dashboard - Unable to add payout account
We are unable to link a bank account to our Developer dashboard. At first it was asking for bank info but never worked. Now it doesn't even ask for any bank info, it just fails. Tried setting a new account which does the same thing. Clicking the "Get payout support" goes to a dead link. We need to add payout information before we can setup IAP assets, etc. We are in Canada if that makes a difference.
App Lab - Email Invited Users not receiving emails for any product
Hey! We've been working with App Lab for a long while now deploying VR products, and we're running into some problems with user access to our release channels. When we add a new user to any channel, the App Manager will say that they are invited; they will appear on the invited users list, however we will not receive any emails. Was wondering if anyone has been having similar problems, if so some advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!No tests initiated for new App Lab build - prevents app from updating for everyone
I uploaded a new build to Oculus Quest App Lab (alpha release channel). Usually, automated testing runs immediately and finishes within a few minutes. Then, the app updates for everyone. However, I am experiencing an issue where no tests are initiated at all. Under "Test Results" it says "No test runs were found to be associated with this build." And under "Build History", it is just blank under "Test Results". This fully prevents the app from pushing to everyone. Because no tests were run, it is stuck on the previous version and the app does not update.
Unable to release approved App Lab application immediately
Our app release got stuck in a strange state where: - We have an initially approved app for release - that cannot be scheduled for release earlier than two weeks (not sure why?) - Have an updated App Submission with new release scheduled for "immediate release," - but that has been probably blocked by the scheduled release of the initial version. Is there any way to un-block this and release the app immediately? App ID is 10038131272867316.App Lab: Build got "MALWARE_FOUND" in Malware Review Test with no imformation explained
Hi, I just uploaded a build onto App Lab and in the automatic testing results it showed "MALWARE_FOUND" under the Malware review test sections. But it didn't show any more information in regards of which part of the build is causing this, unlike some other warnings shown in the Security Vulnerability Review Test. How can I find more information regarding this so that I can fix any problem with the build? Thanks!
Compliance submittance stuck in draft
Is there anyone else experiencing issues with submitting their compliance requirements in the developer dashboard? There was a Data Protection Assessment which was to be done on May 27th which we sent for submittance on the 26th but the submission stayed in draft mode regardless of how many times it was submitted. META showed with a popup that it had been acknowledged and would be reviewed but it seems as if it was not, leading to our application being removed from App Labs. If you have any similar experience, how did you solve your issue?
