Can not pass VRC.Quest.Functional.6 (App must only include Quest HMDs and controllers...)
Hello All, I submitted app on app lab. After released app, get response from oculus that Changes requested and can not pass VRC.Quest.Functional.6 (App must only include Quest HMDs and controllers...) Anyone have an idea how can pass this VRC.Quest.Functional.6 requirements?
Preview app not appearing
I keep getting stuck with this issue. We lately been building and releasing some apps through the Release Channel. All of the invited users receive the invitation mail and accept that. But the odd thing is that the app only appears on some account and not on all of them. I already tried to accept the invitation more than once, restarted the headset, unsubscribe a specific user and re-invite that user again without any luck. How can I streamline this process?Is this the only place to get support from Oculus Meta Quest?
@ links to members Hi to all Developers, I am just wondering if there is a way to get support or answers from the Meta Quest team on this forum or Do you have a place to recommend to ask questions? When watching videos on app submission they recommend to reach out at submission@Oculus.com for any questions. Our app "VR Horror Stories" is ready and was submitted. It say it is available on the Applab but it is nowhere to be found. I have sent a few emails in the last 2 month but the only answer I get seems to be sent by bots. Basically it is like they don't even bother reading your questions and send you back to this forum. I had zero reply here since 6 months. I am being very polite, and just ask for some basic stuff but this forum seems like really dead. I don't want to be rude, because I don't want to blame anybody, but Oculus /Meta Quest seems to have the worst support of all. I never been so disapointed with a company in 30 years of business. You work really hard, invest a lot of money and time to find out at the end that nobody even reply to your simple questions. Any body else in the same situation? Left controller wont pair to headset
My left controller won't pair to my headset on the app on my phone my right controller works just fine but yet my left won't does anybody know a solution to this problem please I want to go back to a VR content creator but it's hard to do it without my left controller cause I'm left-handed
