Locked out of Meta account — lost 2FA phone number & recovery codes
I am locked out of my Meta account due to two-factor authentication. I no longer have access to the phone number on my account and I never saved my recovery codes, so I’m unable to log in. Email login is blocked by enforced 2FA. I’m requesting a manual 2FA reset or account recovery. I can verify ownership via email, purchase history, and headset details if needed. Any assistance from a moderator would be greatly appreciated.
Quest turning off and on and error message.
Today I attempted to play a game on my quest, when I put my headset on, i was in pass through mode and it just kept flickering, everytime it would turn on my controllers would vibrate. I kept getting an error message saying “unable to join, please try again later” I proceed to turn my quest off and on and that didnt work, i than rebooted it twice than finally factory reset the entire thing. Still nothing, i couldn’t even enter the beginning tutorial. I just sideloaded my headset as a last resort and it has done nothing. My headset is fully charged and nothing like this has happened ever before. It has a very scratches on it but nothing serious. Please tell me theres some way to fix this.
