Can't sign up for company-developer account
Hi. I'm going to the account manager screen to set up a developer account and it gives me a CHOICE of options. Credit card OR two factor signin. I set up the two factor, and it is active and working - but can't past this screen or ever bring up the webpage to create a compnay account because it ALWAYS throws me back to this screen. How do I get past this? So frustrating. Thanks for any suggestions
Cannot complete Organization Verification by contact method "Email"
Hello Support and everyone, We tried to complete the Organization Verification process by uploading new legal document, we selected contact method as "Email". However, it always gives error message "There was a problem saving your changes. Please wait a few minutes and try again." Is that any way to make it work please? Thank you.Cant access Developer mode.
Hey guys, im unable to access developer mod and the meta page makes it kinda impossible to verify my account and create an organization, i've tried everything, payment and phone code method wont work and the verification app isn't accepted as real verification by the page sooooo im totally stuck, also meta support wont answer my PM's anymore... there go my hopes and dreams. 😞 Is there any workaround or maybe some org i could join to access Dev Mode? any help it's greatly appreciated! ;3
can not "Create Organization"
Hello, if i follow your process to https://developer.oculus.com/oculus-start/apply/ and try to create Organiaztion it shows "Unable to Load Content Check your URL and try again." if i try https://developer.oculus.com/manage/verify/ to "Verify Your Oculus Developer Account", i have to add Credit Card set up two-factor authentication. I have tried both without success. The Credit Card Information wont save and the two-factor authentication is set up but is not recognized by this site. I log on to my Meta account via email and I'm not using a VPN. I created two-factor authentication using the Duo Mobile app and am verified. I could not verify by text because I never received any messages after entering my number multiple times. I can't create an organization in order to enable developer mode. On my Account Manager screen, the Select Organization drop down menu is grayed out and inactive. @MetaQuestSupport please help.
