⚔️ Spell Sword
Finally finished this project with this original combat mechanic designed as a mobile only game! It's a fantasy adventure turn-based RPG where you spell words to attack the enemy. Clear each floor to earn XP, more health, and of course LOOT! The game starts out easy while you familiarize yourself with the mechanic. Then you start earning armor and weapons to take on higher floors. Use potions to recover HP, and scrolls to summon up to 2 extra letters at a time. This progression system was by design made to be addictive and challenging tracking 4,700+ data points and a custom word engine using JSON files for precise adjustments to difficulty for the 3 player archetypes: casual gamer, the dedicated gamer who put in their time, and those gamers who choose to pay-to-win. Custom leaderboards use World Persistent Variables which allowed me not to track just scores, but also what words earned them their ranking (after filtering out 500 words to stay appropriate to general audiences). Your plug-and-play solution for player communication! Bring your world to life with the Player Emoji System, a powerful and intuitive asset for player communication. Designed for creators, this plug-and-play solution is incredibly easy to set up via a single controller script, yet offers deep customization. You can add your own images, define unique emoji categories, create custom UI themes to match your world's style, and even enable a persistent data system. Persistent data unlocks a personalized "Favourites" category that automatically sorts a player's most-used emojis, and a full preferences panel where they can save their chosen theme, animation settings, and more. This makes expression fast, fun, and unique to every player. 👐💝 All emojis used in the asset were designed by OpenMoji; the open-source emoji and icon project. All primary configuration happens on the Emoji_Controller script. Drag the "Player Emoji System asset" (aka EmojiController) into your world from the Asset Library. Find the Emoji_Controller script component on the EmojiController object. Configure the script's properties. The controller has default settings, you are free to use as-is with no configuration! The rest of the steps are optional but allow you to deeply customize the asset for your world. Hi everyone, I wanted to share my latest project called: Find the Snowflake ❄️ This time I wanted to try something completely different than my other 3D worlds where you walk around and interact with the world and create a 2D Mobile only game. In "Find the Snowflake" the goal is to find the hidden object in each world before the time runs out. Each world consist of 30 levels and the difficulty increases as you progress. I've designed all the vector graphics in Inkscape and used primarily CustomUI gizmo's to create the game and display the images. It felt a bit weird making a flat 2D game with an advanced 3D editor made for high tech Virtual Reality worlds, but it was a fun project and good learning experiences. If it becomes popular I plan on adding free holiday and season themed world packs. Search on the Meta Horizon app for "Find the Snowflake" and give it a try, a like and if you have any questions let me know.220Views3likes2CommentsThe End: Bunker Survivor sandbox ( IWP Mobile First)

We're trying some innovative mechanics, and don't mind getting a bit roasted -- any feedback is very much appreciated 🙂 https://horizon.meta.com/world/673919352465241/?hwsh=V2G6FiNuAH&locale=en_US256Views2likes0CommentsGot a Pixel Art Idea?
