Parental managed account improvement
Please consider the option to add an alternate/second parental profile option under a meta account to help manage supervised child accounts. If you own one headset, it only allows my husband to have his own profile but not able to help supervise or approve purchases/requests. Most other apps with similar monitoring allow this. There are many times one of us is not available and it would be nice to give that permission to another responsible adult to help manage.
Notes App
Hello Meta Devs, I want to suggest a new Application to be made for the upcoming Ray-Ban Meta Glasses, it could help a lot of busy people at work or while being mobile by driving cars, E-Scooters and etc. or very busy people in business. My idea is a "Notes App" which would be speech to text conversion meaning by talking the App would save the spoken text in a text file called "Notes - example." It could be started simply with a voice command to the Meta assistent like "Hey Meta make a note for me". Personally I am a forgettable person so usually I forget a thing or two by doing some kind of work so I have to write my self a notice on paper every time not to forget things. That said, having that App installed on a wearable like Ray-Ban Glasses would help making my life easier. What do you think about my idea? With kind regards. -Selmir_VR
LPC seeks tools to use Oculus for Professional Counseling
My wife is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Texas. She has a growing number of clients that are now using Oculus as an aid in their counseling sessions. While there are several “guided meditation” programs that offer benefits to her counseling sessions, much could be done to provide a more quality and beneficial mental health therapy session. As an LPC, her sessions are covered by most major insurance carriers and we feel that with the right visual/audio software, along with a wide range of potentially new hardware development, this field could expand and grow into a new way to provide superior mental health care for millions of people. Who would be the best person or persons to talk to to discuss this potential opportunity for mental health professionals and hardware and software developers thought the country and the world? Google Earth VR expansion
I find Google Earth VR really interesting but thought its functionality could be improved. Imagine plotting a route between two points and then "walking" that route without the point and click that jumps between photos. The main issue being the speed of loading of each scene as you move. This could be harnessed when using a treadmill or exercise bike to take long walks anywhere you wanted. I though that if photos could be loaded into a local depository then shown in a linear fashion at a controlled or variable speed (that can be stopped when an interesting view appears) then the impression of moving in VR/Google earth would work so much better without the slow loading of separate images - almost like a moving video or a flyover at street view level. So, I asked ChatGPT the following: "Create a sub-routine for the Google Earth VR open source programme using python to allow a user to map a route from a point A to a point B and store the individual photographs between these two points in folder on a local hard drive and then allow those photographs to be viewed in a linear way at a variable speed" And it came back with a load of code to incoporate into Google Earth VR. But, I have no idea what to do with the code as I am not a programmer. Does anyone know how to get this into the Google Earth coding as an Add On? I think this would be revolutionary for people who want a travel experience and are unable to get out. If you put the above message into ChatGPT you will se what I mean. Anyone able to do this??

However I cannot find any literature/tools or specs on doing this. Can someone point in the right direction? Thanks.How are combined between both FFR and multiview?
The documentation says that FFR doesn't work when rendering to a non-main framebuffer. And with multiview, once again, rendering takes place in an intermediate texture array in a separate frame. It turns out that with multiview I immediately lose the advantages of FFR?
