Help
Hello, I need help removing a Quest 2 device that is still listed on my Meta account. I performed a factory reset on my headset without removing it from the Meta Quest app first. Now, when I try to pair the Quest 2 again, it shows the same pairing code as before, and the app gives me an error because the old device is still associated. Please remove the old/ghost device from my account so I can pair my Quest 2 again. Thank you!239Views1like14CommentsWe couldn’t find any devices associated with this Meta account
My device is showing up on https://auth.meta.com/settings/my/devices/ but not on https://www.meta.com/help/support/, making it impossible for me to create any ticket since it's required to have a device to create tickets.54Views0likes1CommentRename Headset on Meta Horizon
I have 3 headsets, 2 Meta Quest 3S's and 1 Meta Quest 3. I would like to change the device nicknames on the Meta Horizon app so I can differentiate between the 2 Meta 3S's without having to remember which serial # belongs to which one. Is there a way to do this on the consumer side? Only posts I found about it were 1 year or older and they only mentioned it being capable on the Developer side of things.322Views1like2CommentsAdding Quest to new account
Hello all, Ihave the following issue: I own an Oculus Quest (Meta Quest 1) I can't get into my original Oculus account because the emailaddress associated with that account, doesn't exist anymore. Threfore I don't get the code sent to that address in order to access the account. I've created a new Meta Account with my current emailaddress There are no Devices linked to my new account and I can't find where to add a device. So I would like to do 2 things: Get access to my old account and add that account to my new account Add my Oculus Quest to my new account Anyone knows how to get these 2 simple things done? With regards, HuibertSolved167Views0likes2CommentsRename device with Oculus Quest 2

Hello, I am a college student and I am doing some research project on Quest 3. Is it possible to root my Quest 3, so that it will be easy for me to read kernel information then? What I will do is for internal research only.3.3KViews1like3Comments
